Ownership of any specific property can change, and we view everything from the public waterway, at a respectful distance — this is a sightseeing cruise, not a doorstep tour.
Biscayne Bay is also home to dolphins and manatees, and it's common to spot them during the cruise, though sightings are never guaranteed — it's a nice bonus on top of the mansion views.
